Return and Refund Policy for Event Tickets
Artful Escapes

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket to any Artful Escapes event, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Final Sale

All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non refundable and non cancelable except as expressly stated in this policy. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts or change of plans.

3. Rescheduling and Credit

Requests for rescheduling must be submitted in writing to theartfulescapes@gmail.com , more than 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.

Approved requests may be granted a one time transfer to a future event of equal value, subject to availability. Any price difference for a higher value event must be paid by the ticket holder. No refunds or credits will be issued for lower priced events.

Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the event will not be accepted.

4. No Shows

Failure to attend the event without prior written notice will be considered a no show. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for no shows under any circumstances.

5. Transfers to Another Attendee

Tickets may be transferred to another individual provided that Artful Escapes is notified in writing prior to the event. The original purchaser remains responsible for ensuring that the transferee complies with all event terms and conditions.

6. Event Modifications and Cancellations by Artful Escapes

Artful Escapes reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any event due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to weather conditions, venue issues, safety concerns, or insufficient registrations.

In such cases, ticket holders will be offered either
a transfer to a rescheduled or future event of equal value, or
a full refund of the ticket price

No additional compensation, including travel or accommodation expenses, will be provided.

7. Late Arrival Policy

Participants are expected to arrive on time. Artful Escapes reserves the right to deny entry or limit participation for late arrivals. No refunds or partial credits will be issued in such cases.

8. Health and Safety

Participants attend events at their own risk. Artful Escapes reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual who appears unwell or poses a risk to others. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Artful Escapes shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property arising from participation in the event.

10. Force Majeure

Artful Escapes shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other emergencies.

11. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
